The Hunters Three and O.N.T. Clark's O.N.T. Spool Cotton 1880 10 Pages Very Good to Near Fine Circa 1880 (when the product advertised was released and publicized) 3.5 x 4 inch paper wraps with pictorial of riders on horseback to front, attractive advertisement for Clark's trademarked O.N.T. spool cotton on white spools, distributed soley by George A. Clark, tells the story of "three merry gentlemen" who ride out to see if anyone knows anything equal to Clark's O.N.T., illustrated on each page in black and white, not politically correct in its representation of other cultures; slightly age-toned and minor wear to edges. The O.N.T. on the advertisement means "Our New Thread". The Clark's were one of the most influential thread manufacturers of the time.
