Huge Quing Dynasty Cloisonne Dragon Bowl. 12" diameter 37.5" in circumference x 3.5" tall. This is fine bowl circa 1780s - 1850. Styled after a Ming dynasty design. This 5 claw dragon intricately crafted and in exceptionally executed has been copied many times but not by an artist of this caliber. The condition is exceptional with only some pitting expected with the age and just a very small 1/2" light chip that is only surface and not deep. Any serious collector of antique cloisonne would be proud to put it with their best.
