Hobnail Opalescent Vaseline Glass Top Hat Vase. This opalescent vaseline glass top hat vase with a pattern of very pointed hobnails measures 2-1/2 inches tall by 3 inches across the top of the hat. The glass top hat has an unusual look having two sides of the top brim bent slightly upwards. The glass top hat has no mark or logo, and has been black light tested (see picture). Hat is in EXCELLENT Condition with no chips or nicks. Our research finds that Fenton Glass produced these circa 1951 under #3992. Hat could also be made by Duncan and Miller Early American Hob Nail (No. 118) as per Weathermans's Depression Book 2.
