Alma has never been redressed or hair touched. I bought her new and she has been displayed in my heppa filter doll room - no smoking environment/home and a nonshedding labradoodle and poodle who aren't allowed in the room. She will come with her COA but not original boxes. No marks, scratches, spots, or greenies that I can see after careful inspection. It is time for me to downsize and though I hate to let her go, it must happen. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. US only.
