Presented for sale a High Quality Open faced OMEGA 15J nickel cased pocket watch from 1927 General Description This is aHigh Quality OMEGA 15 JEWEL, hand-wound pocket watch, with a nickel case and white dial. Case The case is of nickel and has the OMEGA logo on the inside of the cover. It measures 50 mm in diameter (excluding winding button). It is is in EXCELLENT condition with only a light marks due to normal use. Movement The High Grade 15 Jewel OMEGA Cal 40.6L.T.1 movement is signed OMEGA WATCH CO, 2 ADJUSTMENTS and SWISS and is in EXCELLENT condition, runs well and keeps good time (within 2 minutes a day or better). The watch has been recently serviced (on 14/08/12). Dial The white porcelain dial has the OMEGA and SWISS MADE e mblems and is in POOR condition, with hairlines and repairs in evidence as can be seen in the photos. The hands are blued steel coloured and there is a matching sub-seconds hand. The applied hour markers are black Arabic numerals.
