I dont know much about this old saw.I am selling it for my dad. He asked me to sell it for him. He needs the money, his work is slow.See photos. Saw looks better in person than photos.I am selling more of my dads old tools and saws etc."Dear kevincal20,I saw the disston you had listed which you didnt seem to know much about. The disston you have is a post 1928 D-8 with what they call a thumbhole grip. That style grip was almost exclusively used on rip saws. You can find the history of that model at the disstonian institute website."
