This old bronze planter measures just about 5" tall and 7" wide at the top. The base is about 4.25" wide.From what I can tell the top edge appears to read: HEINRICH TER HORST FECIT ANNO 1607. It has a band of foliage and is inscribed with raised lettering. Two sides look to be unfinished. The general shape of the carving is there but it hasn't been carved. Still displays very nicelyThis came from a 3 generation estate in Galesville Wisconsin.It has a beautiful patina! It can be left in its natural state or polished to a beautiful shine. Its old and has dings and wear. Please view and zoom pictures.Weighs about 6 pounds 2 ounces.No cracks.I ship next business day so you can get it quick!
