Superb, Antique Victorian, quality 1850s Heavy lead crystal hand lens cut, deceptive drinking glass. A sturdy quite thick glass with visible striation, the glass 'lower bowl thickens to a point and is classed as deceptive'. Has a solid conical foot base. Incredibly weighty at 202gm. Underside has a raised and partial polished pontil mark. Height approx:4.3/4inch, '12cm'. Diameter across top brim approx: 2.2/8inch, '5.3cm'. Diameter across foot base: just over 2.1/4inch, '6cm'. In excellent condition, with good age related wear to the underside base foot, no nibbles or cracks. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Selling this glass collector's piece without reserve
