Sheffield Sterling Silver Picture Frame 7.25 x 5.25 Good ConditionDESCRIPTIONThis is a vintage sterling silver easel picture or photo frame dating 1988. The frame is very ornate with a scroll border making up the frame. It is stamped on the lower right with a Sheffield hallmark date letter 'U' for the year 1988 together with the maker's initials 'RC' The easel back is covered with anthracite gray velvet which is intact with no real fading at the edges. The three clips locking the back in place are intact. The glass is missing. The silver frame itself has a dent in the center top which is visible in the pictures (no scratches). It needs to be polished (see photos). The frame measures 7.25 inches high by 5.25 inches wide and the aperture is in the shape of a heart and measures approx. 4 inches high by 3.5 inches wide.
