Modeled after a Spanish Cup Hilt broad sword, it is very finely carved with engravings on the blade and outer cup. The cup is 7" across, and entire length is 29". Has the words "Carlos III" on one side, and "En Toledo" on the other. There is a crest on the cup too. Overall in nice shape but showing some rust as seen in photos. This is a high quality constructed sword, that is very close to the original it was modeled after. It is not sharp on the edges, but the tip could be.
