Offered is a nice, four cup sized teapot and lid in blue with a gold flower pattern and gold spout and handle. It's a very pleasing color combination and a nice size. I'm not sure if the blue is Cadet Blue or Delphinium Blue but it's a medium blue color. The teapot is part of the French shape line and the flower pattern is referenced as "Daisy" in the Hall China book by the Whitmyers but many just call it French Flower. Both the teapot and lid are in very good condition. It measures about 8 and 1/4 inches across, spout to handle and 5 inches tall. It's marked with 3 different Hall marks on the bottom, a round stamped one that just says "HALL" used 1930 through 1970, an incised HALL and a gold stamped, "NO.49GL HALL 4 CUP MADE IN U.S.A."Hall China was founded in Ohio in 1903 and is still in business today although as of 2010 it is owned by The Homer Laughlin China Company.All prices are in US dollars.
