Up for bid in this auction is a Guardian Service 12" chicken skillet/frying pan. It is 2" deep and is in excellent condition. Sits flat, no cracks or grime! Minor signs of use such as utensil marks. The Guardian Service name and logo are stamped on the bottom. This cookware is heavy-duty. The hammered aluminum was marketed as "bullet-proof". This dual purpose cooking and table service equipment was designed specifically for efficient waterless cooking. The high domed lid construction allows the food's moisture to condense while cooking and then drip back down on the food. The patented bases of the Guardian Service cookware insures uniform heating of the food. I have other pieces of Guardian Service Ware up for auction and will combine to save on shipping.
