It looks like this watch was handed out to advertise GT Sylvania tubes for radio or TV. GT and Matic are written in red on the face. Sylvania is written in grey and the illustration of tube is in grey. It does not work. Maybe someone can get it to work. I have included pictures of the mechanism, as the back is open, and I can't quite get it to stay closed. The back says base metal Swiss. The watch shows a lot of wear, and some of the plating has worn off.
