Lot of seven 11.5x16.5" artboards w/pen and ink original art w/screentone accents for Green Lantern Corps Quarterly #5, published by DC Comics June 1993. Art is by Joe James w/inks by Barbara Kaalberg. Art is for pages 47-53 from "Every Dog Has His Day" story within issue, dealing w/misadventures of Green Lantern G'Nort and Sax Girl discovering a secret project that switches the intelligence levels of dogs and humans. They discover Professor Gnavin (one of G'Nort's fellow natives from Gnewt) is behind it, Sax Girl is slated for conversion, but G'Nort takes the hit and becomes human. Sax Girl gives G'Nort a kiss and he destroys the machine, reverting things to the way they were. Each page has title abbreviation, issue number and story page number inked at top. DC copyright inkstamp on back of each. Back of second page has pencil sketch of Sax Girl's face. Six of seven pages have moderate area of moisture staining along right margin, affecting art. Seventh page has staining reversed to left margin. VG overall.
