I am going to assume this is a reproduction WW2 Navy Administrative Officers Belt Buckle and price it as such. Missing the second vertical loop. 2.5" x 2.5" made from aluminum ? Fouled anchor over lined background encircled by a laurel leaf and berry tied at the bottom.Please let me know if you need any other photos or information.
