These lorgnettes have a gilt brass frame. They have a makers stamp under the bridge but it is hard to make out the bit that is legible seems to read 'M'. The handle is tortoise shell with a gilt brass panel to either side and a scroll flourish at the end. The box is original and the mechanism works well. There are one or two scratches to the glass but the over all condition is excellent. I shall answer any questions as quickly as possible. Thanks for looking.
