HORNBY "SIR ROBERT McALPINE & SONS LTD CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS", SIDE TIPPING WAGON.Made by Hornby of Liverpool, post WWII, a clear "Hornby Made in England Meccano Ltd is embossed beneath the main frames.It is a complete and original wagon with the later Hornby Auto couplings and also a white metal brake lever. The wagon has a dent in one side and one end of the container and plastic wheels were fitted. The wagon is approximately 5"/14cm in length over buffers (excluding couplings). Please study the photos and any questions please eMail. There is no box but it will be well wrapped for transit. If more than 1 item is purchased at the same time, a reduced overall rate of Postage and Packing is applicable.
