Beautiful 2 Gallon Crock. Piece reads "E.B. Taylor Richmond, VA" with a highly desirable snowflake stencil with the number 2. A nicely executed incised line and bead adorn the shoulder of this fine example.Crock is in excellent condition without hairlines, cracks or chips. There are a few kiln touch marks and one small flake that were "in the making." This is a heavy piece that rings true and displays extraordinarily well.Dimensions: 11 7/8"H, 7 1/4" across the mouth, 23" around the base and 26 1/2' at the shoulder.
