Up for auction is a beautifully restored F.B. BEBE doll. This doll measures 13" tall she has a bisque swivel head, shoulder head on a gusset-jointed kid body with bisque forearms. She has her original mohair wig over cork pate. There is a tiny restored chip at her eye and a large chip at the base of her neck. I have removed her wig, shined a light inside her head and other than the repair she is free of any hairlines. I was able to photograph the neck but the eye is just to tiny. She has beautiful rosy cheeks, closed mouth and blue stationary eyes. She is dressed in old lace that has discolored with age there are no holes or tears. She has her original shoes and socks that are in frail condition. She is a real beauty! All of my items are purchased at auctions, estate sales, or our local antique flea market. They are used and reflect age. I am not an expert on dolls. I purchase what I think is adorable and pass them on to you. Please ask any questions you may have, I am always available for you.
