This is an auction for a beautiful Fulper Pottery # 463 Plaintain Leaf Flower Holder. It is 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. The color is best described as Brown with Green highlights to the leaves and the base. These flower frogs of this design were manufactured by the Fulper Pottery Company of Flemington and Trenton, New Jersey in the early 1900s. This specific is shown in a 1915 Fulper Catalog. References value this Frog between $40 - $60. This Flower Frog is in excellent condition with no cracks, crazing, or chips.
