T was a lamp base with this but it was so rusted that the base was removed many years ago and I am selling just the shade to rebuild your broken shade or build a new lamp. It measures 7-3/4" tall and 8-3/4" wide. The hole measures 1/2" wide. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and only minor dings around the drilled hole. I have inspected carefully the ruffles and they are without chips. A fine addition to your collection!
