This is called a Flip Vase from the Designer Showcase Series of prestigious "Fenton" glass. This vase is a 2001 production. It is designed by Martha Reynolds,hand painted by J. Powell, signed by Bill Fenton. The background glass is a light green with a opalescent rim and trimmed it purple. The flowers are hand painted in shades of violet and purple with green hand painted leaves. The vase measures 6 1/4" high, 7"at the opening and the base is 3 3/.8" All the documentation is imprinted on the bottom of the vase. Wonderful collectible pieces of Fenton Art. Postage parcel post.
