Plate made of Fenton's Powder Blue. Official United States of America Bicentennial Commemorative project of the General Federation of Women's Club. "Ben Franklin, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson draft the Declartion of Independence" Made by Fenton Art Glass Co. and is the 2nd dish in a set of 4. Plate is in excellent condition and is 8.25" in diameter. Made January 1, 1974. Nice plate for collectors.
