Candlelight Cottage is auctioning 10 tiny antique pinecone Christmas Tree candle clips with 10 hand dipped beeswax candles made to fit. The holders are vintage. These look just like the regular size Christmas tree pinecone clips except they are smaller, and so cute. This size is hard to come by and probably rare. I have a friend that spent years trying to win some on ebay. T is no maker's mark. I am unsure of their age, but are clipped to old cardboard pieces. They are silver in color. They are in excellent condition with strong clips. The cup holds the candle and has tines that can bend to adjust to the candle. The cup sits in a reflection bowl. This reflects the light and also catches the wax. You can not clean clips as they will rust. Clips come in all kinds of shapes. These are pinecone shaped. Unlike the large pinecone clips- these do not swivel. As you can see in my picture they clip well to my tree. I can not know how they will clip to your tree. My friend puts these tiny ones near the top of her full sized tree. And the full sized ones around the middle and bottom. I don't know if this is how it was done years ago or not. The candles are made to fit these Christmas tree candle clips. T are 10. The beeswax candles are made from the finest raw beeswax.
