This auction is for a pre-war O gauge open wagon, with an integral metal framed & canvas type canopy. The wagon was made in Germany by Fandor and it has the triangular shaped Fandor logo stamped on the underside of the chassis. The lithographed sides of the wagon are in particularly good clean condition with only a few tiny marks/scratches. The canvas type canopy is supported by three metal struts that are curved to form a canopy, similar to the ones you often see on wild west horse drawn wagons, in the movies. The fabric is not in great shape, with patches of rust stain showing through from the metal struts underneath, although the metal struts themselves are in surprisingly good condition. The fabric canopy could possibly be removed and cleaned. The paint on the underside is showing a bit of patina of age and would benefit from some cleaning. The wheels have some minor paint loss. This may be quite a rare item, as I have not found a similar one for sale anywhere on eBay, except only for ones without the canopy. International buyers from Europe, N. America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan are welcome to bid for this item, however please refer to the relevant tab for postage/shipping costs. Please contact me before bidding if postage/shipping costs are not quoted for your country/region. Your item will be packaged carefully and read more
