I am a collector....or my kids call me a hoarder! Whatever! If something is old, rare, antique, vintage, odd, bizarre, unusual, retro, art deco, art nouveau, victorian, edwardian, hollywood regency it has been in my possession at one point or another. For the past few years I sell until my husband stops saying " just tell me when it's gone". He's a great sport and sometimes helps me packing them. Hattie Carnegie is one of my favorite costume jewelry designers and is one of the best. This is a demi-parure or partial set of huge rhinestone necklace with clip earrings. Lots of prongs holding the stones secure. These are 3 dimensional...a definate head turner.. Earrings are signed Carnegie but the necklace is not marked but you can see they are the exact same designer. Length is a little more than 19 inches..rhinestone necklace is 9 inches wide and around 1 1/4 inches from top to drop. Earrings are 1 3/4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Fantastic condition.
