E. S. & B., New Brighton, Stoneware Crock Ready to add to your growing collection of quality stoneware is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Crock made and stenciled by "E. S. & B., New Brighton, PA. This is the mark of Elverson, Sherwood, and Barker who partnered in stoneware from 1879 to 1890 . This beauty is features a Brushed Stenciling with Large Gold Lettering. Measures 9" tall and 9 1/2" wide across the top. For more history of this pottery, see Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners , pp 140-142. Excellent Condition . No damage of any kind!
