This hallmarked Victoria holder, perhaps for toothpicks. It sits on three feet and has an scalloped edge. It measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter and is about 1 3/4 inches high. It is hallmarked on the side, and after referring to Jackson's Hallmarks, we believe this is from Birmingham dated 1872-73 with a maker's mark W & H. It is in very good condition. We bought this in Scotland at an antique auction. We will combine shipping on multiple items purchased in one week. We are a retired couple just trying to downsize and get rid of too many collectibles and excess "stuff." We describe items as accurately as we can, but we are not experts. We do not intentionally misrepresent anything. We do not own an antique store, are not dealers, and certainly are not Walmart, so we cannot afford to refund for buyer's remorse. Thank you for looking.
