Featured here is a 100-year-old EGYPTIENNE LUXURY cigarette box. The cardboard box is filled with 8 gold tipped cigarettes. They are inedible & NOT intended for smoking. The sale of these tobacco products has been supervised by the energetic Greek S. Anargyros, who was in contact with various manufacturers. The box shows the complete tax stamp with the image of Clinton De Witt, which points to the year 1910. The 2 3/4 inches long cigarettes are protected with a thin advertising paper. Box is in very good shape for age, without great injuries. Measurements: 3 by 2 by 3/4 inches (75 mm by 50 mm by 20 mm). The small box contains also a very rare, old cigarette silk from 1910 = 111 years old! The silk is embroidered with two screen icons & text. Text reads: PAST HIGH PRIEST - (R.A.M.) - ROYAL ARCH MASONS. Size of silk: 3 by 2 inches (80mm by 50mm). Please refer to pictures to complete description.
