Edwardian Style/inspired Memento Mori Vanitas ring of the engagement or promise variety. Has two skulls on either side of the stone, till death do us part, Memento Mori, es fui, and so on. Also comes with pictured narrow band. Has a stamp but I can't make it out. Stone likewise unidentified. Size 6, size is approximate given the uniqueness of the ring. Ring box pictured as prop only and does not come with sale.
