Today,I’ll be listing some scarcer Easton Press and Franklin Library titles for your consideration (so kindly see my other listings). Many of these titles were sold out long ago and are no longer available, and getting harder to find in Fine/ Near Fine condition. This listing is for an Easton Press SIGNED FIRST Edition titled Loyalties: A Son’s Memoirs by Carl Bernstein; and was published by Easton Press in 1989. This book is signed by Bernstein and was issued before Easton began using CoAs. Bernstein is a journalist and reporter who, along with Bob Woodward, helped uncover the Watergate Scandal while working at the Washington Post in the early 1970s. This edition is part of Easton’s Signed First Edition series (116) which was started in 1989; and this volume is # 002 in the series which is currently up to approximately 300 volumes now. This Brown, full leather-bound edition is in Fine condition: tight bindings, no attached book plates, no blemishes on the leather covers, and the gilt page edges show some minor wear or scratches.
