AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE: Old, Early (1940's-1960's) Sterling & Turquoise Sand Cast Ring Handcrafted b y Native American's at Bell Trading Post in Albuquerque, New Mexico .Ha llmarked with Bell Trading Post symbol ( a fellow eBayer kindly helped us to identify the hall mark) & "STERLING". It's easy to find info about Bell Trading Post with a web search. I was with my father in the very early 1970's when he purchased this ring onone of our vacation trips through Kentucky & Tennessee on our way to Florida. He purchased several rings at a shop that dealt exclusively in Native Americanhandcrafted jewelry. I've never been sure if this is Zuni or Navajo made. Whiledoing a web search I found an old black & white photo of Bell Trading Postfrom the Albuquerque Museum photo archives. It's a great photo with 12 Native American men standing in front of the building, while the sign painted on the wallsays, "Bell Trading Post", "Hand Made Navajo Indian Jewelry". Nice solid ring . About a s ize 8 - 8 1/2. Can be sized by a jeweler. It's clearly a handcrafted work of art ; with raw, molten, rough sand cast silver around the three inlay style turquoise settings, while the rest is polished smooth. I have never seen another one exactly like it. A Unique, one of a kind work of art. The real thing with some history behind it . . . Please examine photos
