George Duncan and Sons produced this beautiful covered sugar (circa 1885). This pattern goes by several names...Amberette AKA Ellrose AKA Paneled Daisy and Button. A rose by any other name is still a rose as they say! It stands 7" to top of finial and is 4.5" across the top. I cannot find any reason not to describe this piece as being in mint condition. There are no chips, cracks, flakes or flea bites to be found. Please take a good look at the photos before placing your bid!
