Ducks Unlimited - Cast Iron Skillet/Frying Pan. 10-inches in diameter, 2-inches high. This is a heavy, cast iron skillet with the Ducks Unlimited logo cast into the bottom. There are no other markings on the skillet at all. I am not sure if the skillet has ever actually been used to cook anything, but it has been properly seasoned for a cast iron cooking utensil. I don't know what type of seasoning was used, but there is absolutely no smell to it. I purchased this frying pan at an estate sale along with another regular skillet (Wagner) of the same size. This man had an extensive Ducks Unlimited collection that included any-and-everything you could think of that you could put a logo on, such as large prints, duck stamp prints, pocket knives, duck calls, lamps, signs, trash cans, throws, pillows, etc. I wanted the Wagner frying pan for making corn bread - which it does exceptionally well. It has the same type of seasoning as the Ducks Unlimited skillet and was ready to use as it was. I scoured the Wagner a bit and heated it up before using it to make sure the seasoning was correct and not some petroleum-based preservative (it wasn't). This skillet is also fully functional and usable as a frying pan but that seems like a bit of overkill. This should be hanging on the wall of some sportsman's "Man Cave". It is an impressive item.
