For this auction I’m offering a fully assembled, Dura-Craft San Franciscan Mansion Dollhouse #SF555. This style dollhouse is reminiscent of the famous San Franciso Painted Ladies Victorian house. Fully assembled it measures 43" high by 24" wide by 20" deep. The house has 6 rooms, 2 stairways, 16 windows, a working front door and balcony door. The dollhouse is wired for electricity, withplug-in transformer, and has some light fixtures already installed. I think some of the wiring has come loose and may need to be reconnected. The rooms have wallpaper and trim. The rooms all have carpeting. Dollhouse does not come with any furniture, so you can decorate it as you like. The outside is a beautiful warm beige with redwood and maple colored trim, and the base of the house has red brick trim. The roof is shingled. All-in-all, a good value for the money; great for decorating or playtime for a child. Please ask any questions before you bid. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.
