Up for bid an original autograph of David Prowse AKA Darth Vader, from the 1977 film" STAR WARS"This was hand collected by myself in 1984 and has been in my Star Wars collection ever since. Still is 8 x 10. Yellowing show in picture is due to over head lighting and not representative of the quality of the photo with is bright B & W.My Story;I can also tell you how I met David Prowse and how no one knew who he was and left him alone at a comic book show back in the 80's or about Carrie Fisher who did a small off, off Broadway show back in the mid 80's and after the performance was over I found her standing in the lobby all by herself waiting for Paul Simon to show up.Then there is Anthony Daniels who back in the late 70's early 80's he walked the streets of NY handing out cards with his Autograph on it to anyone who would take it, just to prove he was C3PO.Peter Mayhew was the hardest, he rarely left England and when he did he was almost impossible to find. But patience worked out and I did find him at a fund raiser in NYC after the opening of Empire.Kenny Baker also was there at that time so I got a two 4er.The still will be shipped USPS Priority rate envelope only!See all pictures
