NOTE THIS IS A 3 DAY AUCTION This is a sauce tureen ladle. If you have the tureen this will complete the set. The handle is a dark blue (similar to historical blue) and the bowl decoration is a bird decoration. My reference books are packed so I'm not able to identify the pattern. CONDITION and MEASUREMENT: These measure approximately 7" long and 2 1/2" across the bowl. There is a chip on the back of the ladle....perhaps put in the tureen too hard....and a hairline in the bowl. If you like ladles, I have 2 others listed. "Save this Seller" for other auctions we will be offering. These are from a prestige collection of early English Ceramics of pearlware, creamware, prattware, mochaware. It is time to pare down our collection. We will have to move to a smaller home and so many of our treasures will have to find new homes.
