For your bidding consideration is a wonderful lot of Indian Artifacts found in the Dakota's dating to the 1800's. This lot consist of an assorted colored string of seed beads measuring around 21" long with a few hundred beads included. There is a large strand of pink, white and blue crow beads measuring around 22" long, with approximately 108 beads total. There are two copper trade bells with one bell being smashed, having an open face and missing the clapper / tinker. The other is in overall good condition and still rings, but is missing the loop attachment. There are six thin sheet pieces of brass used for decorative purposes or were sewn into clothing. Also is a large decorative brass buckle in great condition, with heavy patina and two thin, hand crafted silvered bracelets in excellent condition. I am not sure if the bracelets are of actual silver content, silver plated or tinned. The last artifact I had tested for metal content was scratched pretty rough by the jeweler, significantly diminishing it's value and I have not had any others tested since. This lot displays very well and will add much interest to your collection of Western artifacts.
