Meant for someone who likes the unusual! The medal is sterling silver and is bright cut by hand to ensure high quality detail & definition. Medal is taken from the original castings masters in Italy. Actually medals are made in USA. YEAH! It is truly a beautiful medal with the cut work, just sparkles, and the shape is very different not just round .
