The Corgi Classics Chipperfield Circus items are some of the finest die cast vehicles made. They were made by Mattel Inc. Mattel UK Limited in Leicester, Great Britain; but, were originally made by the Corgi Company. The Chipperfield family dates back over 300 years in the show and circus business and in fact became the largest circus in the world after WWII. This # 97887 Horsebox or Transporter did not come with horses. The animals were purchased separately and they can still be obtained. This item is "New Old Stock" and is wrapped in the box with all of the original paperwork.
