This exquisite, deeply fluted vase is one of the most attractively shaped vases that I have seen in a long time. Our artist created a vase with absolutely spectacular fluting that reflects the light in myriad shades of blue. The pontil has been smoothed but there is no signature. I don’t know how to describe this blue, but at its deepest shade, it is almost purple. It stands 8” high at the top of its fluting and is in perfect condition. The depth of the fluting is amazing, spanning 3”! This is a real “find” for those collectors of blue glass and for those who treasure beautiful, blown glass.
