Condition: This sculpture is in perfect condition. Bronze Dimensions with Marble Base:Height 12" x Width 9" Marble Dimensions: Diameter 6" Height without base: 11" Weight : 10 LBS Inventory : 62Y2524526 . This eagle lets time pass by as he rests atop a nest, he watches carefully as his prey comes at close range. He sits peacefully and patiently as his claws are spread out giving him a perfect balance to fly off as soon as he see potential food. His feathers are even and all in the same shape of an oval, his beak has a pointy and sharp look to it. This is a 100% bronze cast by using the age-old method of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish. It is mounted, along with its detailed bronze plinth, upon a marble base with the artist Barye`s signature.
