classic ZENITH Trans-Oceanic ROYAL-3000-1 shortwave RADIO World-Band RECEIVER. this auction is for a classic used zenith trans-oceanic shortwave radio world-band receiver model: ROYAL-3000-1. overall it is in fair to good condition and works good. this zenith transistor radio works in 9 different bands. band-1/FM(88-108mhz), band-2/LW(150-400khz), band-3/AM(550-1600khz), band-4/SW1(2.0-4.0mhz)[2-4mc], band-5/SW2(4.0-9.0mhz)[4-9mc], band-6/SW3(9.4-10.1mhz)[31m], band-7/SW4(11.4-12.3mhz)[25m], band-8/SW5(14.6-15.8mhz)[19m] and band-9/SW6(17.2-18.4mhz)[16m]. it receives almost all shortwave meter bands. it has fm-afc, headphone output, wave magnet, large telescopic antenna, dial-o-map and logs & charts. since it is a vintage used item, it shows some signs of wear around it. so as all used items, it is being sold as is condition for its age. this zenith trans-oceanic radio works with 9x D-cell batteries or 12/volt dc-adapter input. its a nice item for classic radio collectors. shipping would be exact shipping costs by fedex home delivery. good luck bidding.
