Unfortunately the signatures of Ruth, Gehrig (only last name), Lazzeri, Pennock, Dugan, Huggins, Paschal, Shocker, & Hoyt were traced over by FORD FRICK! Untraced autographs include Ward, Carlyle, Skiff, Shawkey, Meusal, Collins, Braxton, Combs, Jones, Adams, McQuaid, Koeing, & Gazella ! LOA from Michael Gutierrez when he authenticated for MastroNet Inc. Mike is one of the most respected baseball autograph authenticators in the world! Mike currently works for Heritage Auction Galleries and previously for PSA/DNA two of the most respected baseball auction houses and authenticators in the world! This ball would be worth in the tens of thousands of dollars if the signatures were not traced over, but think of the history as the most famous baseball executive of all time traced over the signatures himself! The history of this ball is incredible since as it is an official American League ball from 1926/27 (worth about $900 unsigned!), once owned by Ford Frick, autographed by Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Tony Lazzeri, and Miller Huggins (Incredibly Rare!)!
