Smart vintage hat, I believe this is from the 80's but it does look like it has never been worn. It should fit most head sizes as it just perches on the head and can be worn at more of a tilt than in the photos. My mannequin head is a size 22. You may need to use a pin or grips to keep the hat in place. THE DETAILS. The hat is a pill box shape in a medium-dark shade of blue. It is lined and has a grosgrain ribbon innerband. PLEASE NOTE--- the hat is a little darker blue than it appears in the photos. The top is embellished with three matching fabric flower heads. CONDITIO N--- very good condition. LABEL--- KANGOL DESIGN. MADE IN ENGLAND. MEASUREMENTS---- taken from the underneath-- FRONT TO BACK--- 9 inches. SIDE TO SIDE--- 7 inches. INNERBAND--- 20 inches. Please see photos for clear details!
