Stunning 18K mostly yellow gold, diamond and sapphire band ring by Cartier. The ring has 9 full -cut about 3+ pt diamonds for a total weight of about 30 pts and 12 channel set square sapphires. The ring has the iconic 3 band Cartier design between the series of stones with the center band being white gold. The sapphires show a little wear but nothing near fatal otherwise excellent condition. The ring is signed in cursive by Cartier, 750 for 18K, 297047, 53 for the size and there are French eagle marks on the white gold band. The ring is a size 53 or about 6.5. No box, no papers.
