Greetings. Cabbages & Kings, O. Henry (pen name of William Sydney Porter), written while in Honduras, fleeing embezzlement charges in the US. His first work, a collection of eighteen stories about a fictional Republic of Anchuria. He coined the term 'banana republic'. McClure, Phillips & Co., first edition, copyright 1904, published November 1904, third impression, 344 pages, tight spine, clean pages, bottom of pages untrimmed, very good condition for age, embossed orange and green graphics on black cloth.Have seen this edition on other sites for up to 975.00.If you have any questions, please contact me.
