Welcome to our ebay sales!Featuring antiques, collectibles, interesting Estate items and jewelry.ITEM DESCRIPTION: For your consideration is a vintage Marzi Remy German beer stein. Anton Marzi and Simon Peter Remy opened their small factory in the late 1800's. This is one of their brown and white beer steins with hinged pewter lid and thumblift. The front of the stein features a wooden barrel with lions on either side and bears the German phrase that translates to something like, "Hops and barley, let God save ". Stein has a MR paper label inside the lid and a partial Switzerland store label on the bottom near the MR trademark.*The stein has a small extra piece of clay (from the factory) near the rim that I have not seen on other similar steins. The extra clay is in the shape of leaf and is not decorated (see pictures).SIZE: The 1/2-liter stein is 7-1/8" to the top of the thumblift. The rim is 3-1/8" in diameter and bottom is 4" in diameter.CONDITION: Excellent! The stein is clean and inside appears to have never been used. There are no chips or cracks and there have been no repairs. Please see shipping information below.~We will take great care in packing your items for safe shipping!Package will be sent by US Mail.Accepted If you have a problem with that, please let me know.AZ residents add 6.3% Sales Tax or provide valid retail read more
