Probably dating from the late 1800's to early 1900's and measuring 7/8" NBS medium, this is a slightly convex shape enamel on gilt brass button. It has a wonderful scalloped border. It has a crisscross design with painted roses. The border is green enamel all the way around. The scan doesn't do this button justice! It has a gilt brass loop shank.
