1.5" w/Rudolph Liebmann Mfg. Co. back paper. Striking portraits of the three candidates. Light scattered scratches amounting to moderate surface wear seen in reflected light. Still Exc. Benton McMillin served as a member in Congress from 1879-1899, then as Governor of Tennessee from 1899 to 1903. While the Bryan and Stevenson ticket was unsuccessful in 1900, McMillin won handily against his Republican challenger.
